Great location with easy access and check in process.

Great place to stay- perfect to walk anywhere downtown.

We enjoyed walking everywhere! The apartment was comfy and it was easy to access. Positive: Location, spacious, beds were comfy Negative: No refill of basics (paper towels, trash bags) Host was not honest about parking. We couldn’t find anything near the location for under $50/day. The host said $20 across the street but this was not the case. We had to pay every 5 hours for street parking starting at 7am which was inconvenient. The fan in the kitchen blows right back into the kitchen so when we fried bacon the entire place was smoking and the fan in the closet was broken.

Overall our stay was good. The host was great with communication. It was an awesome location for seeing a game at Gainbridge. We felt the price was good for the amount of space and location. The place could use a deep cleaning (shower curtain, vents, etc) but it was clear the place had been thoroughly cleaned on the major surfaces, (beds, counters, toilets, etc.)

This was a comfortable and quiet stay for our weekend trip to see the Indiana Fever. Super walkable to everything downtown has to offer, including Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Safe area, plenty to do and see nearby. The apartment was clean and the building was very quiet. The location was great.
